Shipping
Please ensure all your shipping information is accurate.
Shipping costs are included in the price of artwork; all artwork sold/delivered UNFRAMED.
All artwork is signed, numbered and treated with a protective coating prior to shipping to ensure your enjoyment and the integrity of the artwork. Artwork arrives tube packed.
Delivery dates are estimated by the specific carrier and are subject to change.
We ship via UPS and Canada Post within Canada and estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Slatkoff Camera Art does not guarantee delivery dates.
Please contact us directly at info@robertslatkoff.com for details about shipping to the continental United States and overseas. Orders outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not issue refunds for any packages that are returned to us from a carrier due to being undeliverable.
Exhibition Prints
Following the Galerie ERGA exhibit in May 2022, framed pieces (same frames as the show) will be available for sale with a delay of approximately 2 to 3 weeks; quantity is limited. These works must be picked up at the artists studio. Please contact us for prices and pickup instructions.
Returns
Slatkoff Camera Art will accept return requests within 30 days of customer receipt of product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be in its original packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use.
To notify us of your return and to receive a return authorization, please email us at info@robertslatkoff.com providing the email address used to place your order, the reason for your return, as well as your order number.
When your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Please make sure your Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of your package. Please note that Slatkoff Camera Art does not reimburse shipping costs incurred by customers for returning items. EXCHANGES may be possible – kindly contact us to make arrangements.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours at info@robertslatkoff.com if an item is delivered damaged, or if it is the wrong product so that we can evaluate and make it right.
Refunds
Once your return package is received and we have inspected it, we will let you know if your return is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the amount of the item plus the initial shipping cost for the item to be shipped to you on your original payment method.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns to be received and processed. Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Slatkoff Camera Art is not responsible for lost and/or unauthorised returns.
